Order in the Mind – You can call it coaching, mentoring, or a personal and professional journey of self-discovery. For over 20 years, in various capacities, I have worked to transform the chaos within and around you into a process of creating order.

HOW CAN I HELP?
- Executive coaching – helps clear leadership blockages, alleviate leadership loneliness, and, most importantly, synthesize your knowledge and roles. As an SME leader, you bring your whole personality into the life of your company.
- Sports Coaching – I work with junior and national-level athletes, often in team settings. A significant number of my clients are expatriates, whom I support in transitioning to a meaningful role in civilian life after their sporting careers.
- Team coaching – most of the time, you need a team. Or at the very least, there should be a team whose strengths and abilities complement each other, working together toward a common goal—building each other up rather than bringing each other down. Our team coaching sessions always have a clear purpose, but it is not uncommon for the team’s leader to evolve into a coaching-minded leader, fostering conscious group dynamics.
Special programmes:
- Self-Definition – This series of six workshops focuses on (re)defining the self. The workshops are designed to support both women and men who, due to their life situation or age, need to reflect on their life journey, eliminate excess, gather resources, set goals for the next stage of their lives, and take the first steps toward achieving them.
- Entrepreneurship GPS – a series of nine workshops designed to explore and develop various aspects of leadership. Participants are primarily business leaders who excel in their professional fields but find leadership to be a foreign and challenging role. The topics covered include time management, delegation, performance evaluation and feedback, people management, ownership and the employee perspective, product and service development, strategy development, maintaining focus, and self-awareness as a leader.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
- I am skilled in high-level customization of programs, for which I hold several professional qualifications.
- I have worked as a support and development professional for over 25 years. My clients range in age from 13 years old—where the articulation of thoughts and feelings is already verbalized and differentiated—to old age. My oldest client is currently an 87-year-old gentleman.
- For 20 years, I have been developing a series of workshops tailored to individual needs, shaping experiences through “aha” moments and “as if” scenarios.
- For the past 13 years, I have primarily worked with coaching methodologies, which not only enhance the effectiveness of integrating acquired knowledge but also foster self-esteem and positive attitudes.
- Through my assignments, I have gained an understanding of the general challenges faced by managers and employees in the SME sector. However, I also recognize that each individual encounters specific problems in their own unique field.
- My expertise lies in having deeper insight into these issues. Since I am not directly involved in the problem, I can offer a different perspective, helping you discover your own path to resolution.
