As an entrepreneur managing companies in two countries (Hungary and Croatia), I have spent the last 10 years focusing on ensuring that day-to-day operations are handled by reliable and capable managers, allowing me to dedicate my attention and resources to strategic tasks.
As a trainer, I believe that an individual’s development depends on how much responsibility they take for themselves and how much they can help others take responsibility for their own lives, rather than taking it away from them. True development goes beyond simply acquiring knowledge—it’s about internalizing it. That’s why I use a training methodology based on games, simulations, and exercises, which help build the knowledge to be gained. This approach ensures that the learning can be immediately applied in everyday life, leading to lasting results.
